What is EasyCare Colorado?
EasyCare Colorado is transforming health care by giving you easy access to your doctors and other members of your health care team through your computer and mobile device. Now, you can skip the drive to the clinic and meet with your healthcare team from your computer or mobile device at no extra cost to you.
How do I create an EasyCare Colorado account?
First, you will need to access the EasyCare Colorado app or web page. This will require a computer or mobile device with a high-speed Internet connection.
You can download the EasyCare Colorado app for your iOS mobile device (iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch) from the Apple App Store or download the app for your Android mobile device from the Google Play Store by searching for EasyCareCO. You can also access EasyCare Colorado through your computer (Google Chrome or Firefox recommended). To video chat, your computer will need a webcam and microphone.
To create an account, your care coordinator or someone from your healthcare team needs to invite you to join the service. When you've been invited, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account. Once you have created an account, you can go to the EasyCare Colorado home page to sign in or through the EasyCareCO app and start talking to your care coordinator at your scheduled time.

EasyCare Colorado is accessible from anywhere you can access the Internet.
What technology do I need to use EasyCare Colorado?
From a mobile device:
An iOS device (iPhone 5s/iPad 4th generation) with the latest operating system updated (iOS 10+) and the EasyCare Colorado iOS app installed.
An Android device (less than 2 years old) with at least Lollipop 5.1+ and the EasyCare Colorado app installed.
From a computer:
Desktop or laptop computer (ideally less than three years old)
PC operating system: Windows 7+; Apple operating system: OSX 10.6+
Desktop web browser: preferably Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox
Webcam (most computers have a built-in webcam)
Microphone (most computers have a built-in microphone)
High-speed internet connection of at least 3.0 Mbps download / 1.0 Mbps upload
Can my kids and spouse use EasyCare Colorado?
If your spouse or child over 18 is interested in using EasyCare Colorado, they will need to work with their care coordination team to get an invitation to join. If your children are minors (under 18), you (or their legal guardian) will need to work with their care coordination team to have an account created for them.
Is EasyCare Colorado safe and private?
Yes, EasyCare Colorado is HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliant, so your information is both safe and private.
Is there a record of my EasyCare Colorado visit?
Yes, EasyCare Colorado maintains a complete record of your online visits, which are available for you to review at your convenience.
Do doctors have access to my health information?
With EasyCare Colorado’, you’ll be speaking directly with members of your existing medical team. They will have access to the same information they see when you meet in person.
EasyCare Colorado’s Care Coordination program is available based on the schedule you set with your healthcare team.
